Ingredients:

4 peaches
300g sugar

 

 

The Peach Sorbet Recipe:

  • clean Fisheries
  • in a saucepan, place the peaches, cover with water, add sugar
  • make heat to poach the fruit (35 to 45min)
  • book poaching syrup 40cl
  • Remove peaches, peel and pit the
  • heat the syrup to it reduced by half
  • mix the peaches and syrup
  • let the mixture cool
  • refrigerate for a tast Peach Sorbet
