Rum raisin ice cream recipe

 

Ice Cream Recipe Ingredients:

2 eggs
120g sugar
400ml milk
100ml fresh cream
100g grape
40ml rum

 

 

Rum Raisin Ice Cream Recipe:

  • In a bowl marinate the raisins in the rum
  • separate whites from the egg yolks
  • beat the egg yolks with half of the required sugar until the mixture whitens
  • beat the egg whites until the mixture appears stiff
  • stir in the white to yellow
  • mix the milk and cream and stir
  • add the remaining sugar to the mixture
  • refrigerate the mix
